Abstract:
Trastuzumab with chemotherapy improves clinical outcomes in patients with human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive esophagogastric adenocarcinoma (EGA). Despite the therapeutic benefit, responses are rarely complete, and most patients develop progression.
