In the presented work the concordance of scintigraphic and electrocardiographic stress testing in noninvasive diagnostics after myocardial infarction is revised. The innervation status of the cardiac muscle was also considered. There was a concordance of both methods in 57,4% of the examined cases. A possible influence of the innervation status of the myocardium on the results of the examination could not be confirmed. As a result of morphological changes after a myocardial infarction, reliability of the analyzed diagnostic methods is not always given. Especially the stress ECG shows frequent instability and false positive results shortly after myocardial infarction.
