Abstract:
Microbiome diversity has been associated with improved outcomes after allogeneic stem-cell transplantation in patients with hematological cancers. Multimodal analysis of intestinal microbiome and metabolome data helped identify immunomodulatory microbial metabolites that were predictive of survival, transplant-related mortality and cancer relapse.
