Two potassium aluminum sulfate crystal fragments were grown at constant supersaturation (0.0174) and temperature (20dC) and imaged using micro-computed tomography at a voxel spacing (resolution) of 2 um/voxel intermediate times. Voxel-based 3D images of the crystals are segmented from the raw CT images using binarization. Details are described in the article. To generate the mesh files provided here, blur is removed, and the meshes are generated using Matlab (Version 2021b) functions isosurface and trimesh. The files are saved as binary stl files using stlwrite. The files provide STL mesh data of the crystals at corresponding times
