Internal bracing of the elbow as add-on for ligament instability

The internal bracing of the elbow has steadily gained importance in recent years. Biomechanical studies have shown comparable stability between internal bracing and ligament reconstruction procedures. In the clinical practice, particular attention must be paid to the correct anatomical positioning of the anchor points.
