Methode der Datenerhebung:
The measurements were carried out at outside temperatures between 10 and 20°C with a dry road surface and an asphalt temperature of approx. 20°C. A total of 6 different configurations of the tire were tested at 3, 3.5 and 4 bar with a normal force of 625N and 765N. For each configuration, tests were carried out during acceleration and braking respectively with a slip range of -50 to 50% and during steering with a slip angle of -2 to 18° at a constant speed of 20 km/h.

As part of a cooperation between the Ravensburg-Weingarten University of Applied Sciences (RWU) and the Bern University of Applied Sciences (BFH), the Pick-Up bicycle tire from the manufacturer Schwalbe in size 55-406 ETRO (20x2.15 in) was measured at the mobile tire testing laboratory "MoReLab" at BFH in Vauffelin.
