- Kurzfassung:
- In this study, the potential of cannabidiol (CBD) as a drug in colorectal cancer treatment was evaluated. For this purpose, the cytotoxic effects of CBD on colorectal cancer cells were compared to the effects on peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). CBD treatment significantly increased cell death in tumor cells, while the viability of PBMCs remained unaffected.

- In dieser Studie wurde das Potenzial von Cannabidiol (CBD) in der Behandlung vom kolorektalen Karzinom evaluiert. Dafür wurde die zytotoxische Wirkung von CBD auf Darmkrebszellen mit der Wirkung auf periphere mononukleäre Blutzellen (PBMCs) verglichen. Die CBD-Behandlung erhöhte signifikant den Zelltod von Tumorzellen, während das Überleben von PBMCs unbeeinflusst blieb.
