- Abstract:
- A novel approach for crowd management is developed where a crowd is measured and redirected using mobile applications based on direct communication technology. Simulation studies demonstrate that the proposed system can indeed resolve safety-critical congestion. The work contributes to the understanding of how crowd management systems can be systematically developed from a sociocybernetics perspective.

- Es wird ein neuartiges Leitsystem entwickelt, bei dem eine Menschenmenge mithilfe mobiler Anwendungen, die auf direkter Kommunikationstechnologie basieren, gemessen und umgeleitet wird. Simulationsstudien zeigen, dass das vorgeschlagene System in der Lage ist, sicherheitskritische Staus aufzulösen. Die Arbeit trägt zum Verständnis bei, wie Crowd- Management-Systeme mithilfe einer soziokybernetischen Sichtweise systematisch aufgebaut und untersucht werden können.
