Abstract:
CONTEXT: Migraine is a common neurologic disorder in children and adolescents. However, a comparison of multiple nonpharmacological treatments is lacking. OBJECTIVE: To examine whether nonpharmacological treatments are more effective than waiting list and whether there are differences between interventions regarding efficacy.
