- Es wurden 38 Patienten mit Psoriasis-Arthritis und 15 Patienten mit Arthrose der Hand- und Fingergelenke im Immunfluoreszenz-Optical-Imaging (FOI) und in der Magnetresonanztomographie (MRT, Goldstandard) untersucht. Ziel war es das FOI hinsichtlich der Detektion entzündlicher Gelenkerkrankungen in der Primärdiagnostik und Therapiekontrolle zu evaluieren. Es zeigte sich eine Sensitivität von 35/41 % bzw. eine Spezifität von 87/92 % (Primärdiagnostik) und von 33 % bzw. 93 % (Therapiekontrolle).

- 38 patients with psoriatic-arthritis and 15 patients with arthrosis in wrist- and finger joints underwent an examination in Fluorescence-Optical-Imaging (FOI) and in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI, gold standard) in order to evaluate the FOI with regard to detect inflammatory joint diseases in primary diagnostic and therapy control. It was found a sensitivity of 35/41 % respectively a specifity of 87/92 % (primary diagnostic) and 33 % respectively 93 % (therapy control).
