Within the scope of the thesis, the closed pultrusion process with injection and impregnation chamber is systematically analyzed. A modular injection and impregnation chamber is developed for the experimental investigation of the sensitivities of selected parameters. Based on the material and process data, the sensitivities of the parameters are analyzed and assessed, and the dependencies are mathematically modeled. The investigations are carried out on an innovative biobased aliphatic polyurethane system as a representative of highly reactive resin systems.
