Abstract:
The majority of insertional and noninsertional tendinopathy cases are associated with repetitive or overuse injuries. Certain tendons are particularly vulnerable to degenerative pathology; these include the Achilles and patella tendon, the rotator cuff, and forearm extensors/flexors.
