Abstract:
Osteonecrosis is a frequent complication after treatment for childhood leukemia and other steroid-based therapies. The success rate of core decompression surgery is limited. Therefore, we evaluated relevant biological characteristics of human multipotent mesenchymal stromal cells (MSCs) in vitro.
