Abstract:
The identification and characterization of precursor lesions is fundamental to develop screening programs for early diagnosis and treatment, aiming at reducing cancer-related mortality. Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is an aggressive disease that becomes clinical apparent only in advanced stages.
