The central subject of this work is a capacitive inspection and measurement system for planar electrical structures. This system features an imaging measurement mode for structural and functional inspection, as well as a contactless voltage measurement mode. In this thesis, the theory of this measurement system is elaborated. The measurement system is implemented, characterized and validated. Furthermore, a measurement approach for simultaneous acquisition of two independent measurement values is developed and evaluated.
