- Abstract:
- Die Arbeit untersucht die Methode der Wertschätzenden Kommunikation (WSK) beim Einsatz in Schüler-Lehrer-Konflikten. Im Theorieteil werden die Elemente der WSK in sozialwissenschaftliche Theorien eingeordnet. Mittels einer Interviewstudie mit 41 WSK-erfahrenen Lehrkräften werden in einer explorativen Studie Wirkungen und Herausforderungen der WSK herausgearbeitet. Zudem werden ein Perspektiv- und ein Wirkungsmodell der WSK entwickelt.
- Translated abstract:
- The study analyses the role of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) in conflicts between students and teachers. It shows the theoretical background of the elements of NVC and uses theories of social science to explain them. Furthermore, the study of interviews with 41 NVC-experienced teachers shows the effects and obstacles of NVC in classrooms. Moreover two NVC-models show the background of conflict situations and elaborate effects and obstacles.
