The first part of this thesis extends the classification of Enriques surfaces with finite automorphism group over the complex numbers to the cases in positive characteristic where the K3 cover is still smooth. The second part finishes the classification in arbitrary characteristic by studying the cases with singular K3 cover in characteristic 2. The last part extends the classification of numerically and cohomologically trivial automorphism groups of complex Enriques surfaces to arbitrary positive characteristic.     «

Im ersten Teil dieser Arbeit wird die Klassifikation von Enriquesflächen mit endlicher Automorphismengruppe über den komplexen Zahlen auf die Fälle mit glatter K3 Überlagerung in positiver Charakteristik ausgeweitet. Der zweite Teil schließt die Klassifikation in beliebiger Charakteristik ab, indem die Fälle mit singulärer K3 Überlagerung in Charakteristik 2 behandelt werden. Im dritten Teil wird die Klassifikation von numerisch und kohomologisch trivialen Automorphismengruppen von Enriquesflächen vom komplexen Fall auf den Fall beliebiger Charakteristik ausgeweitet.     «
