Design is seen with increasing differentiation, in its task to communicate between the designer, the product and the end-user. In this thesis I have tried to explore, by means of an interaction model, which information about a product the designer wants to impart and to what extent the user is able to assimilate it and integrate it in his lifestyle and his ideas. The interaction model shows the images, which the designer forms in his mind of the product, of the use of the product and the end-user's image of the product. By the way it is structured and by the inclusion of the explicit and implicit perception the user's need-fulfillment is taken into consideration.
