Die vorliegende Arbeit stellt eine Methode zur kontinuierlichen Messung der Reife während der Serienreifmachung komplexer Produkte vor. Besondere Betrachtung findet dabei die Frage, wie Unsicherheiten in Bezug auf Produkt und Produktionsprozess quantifiziert und bei der Reifemessung berücksichtigt werden können. Darüber hinaus wird, aufbauend auf die Methode zur Reifemessung, ein Verfahren zur Identifikation wichtiger Aufgaben während der Serienreifmachung entwickelt. Abschließend erfolgt eine Diskussion der Forschungsresultate vor dem Hintergrund zweier Anwendungsfälle in der industriellen Praxis sowie die Ableitung weiterführender Forschungsmöglichkeiten.     «

This work presents a method for a continuous assessment of the series maturity during the development of product and production process. In this context, the main research question is how to quantify uncertainties regarding product and production process during this phase and thus how to consider such uncertainties when assessing series maturity. Based on this, a method for prioritizing tasks during the New Product Development Process is introduced.
