Wir führten eine nationale Umfrage zum aktuellen Stand der Bronchoskopie durch. Es wurden 301965 Bronchoskopien von 2158 Ärzten erfasst, was es zur größten Umfrage zu diesem Thema macht. In 88% werden die Patienten sediert, vorzugsweise mit Propofol und Midazolam. 74% machen TBB bei ASS-Einnahme und 8% bei dualer Plättcheninhibition. 9% der Untersuchungen werden mithilfe von EBUS durchgeführt. Im Vergleich zu früheren Umfragen hat die Erfahrung und der Umgang mit interventionellen Methoden zugenommen.      «

We conducted a nation-wide survey on the current status of bronchoscopy in Germany. Consisting of 301965 bronchoscopies performed by 2158 physicians, this is the largest survey on this topic so far. In 88% sedation is routinely applied, preferably with Propofol and Midazolam. 74% do TBB in patients who take ASS and 8% in patients with dual platelet inhibition. EBUS is used in 9% of all bronchoscopies. Compared to preceding surveys, the experience of bronchoscopists, especially regarding interventional procedures, has increased.     «
