This Work focuses on mechanics of living matter. A porous medium framework is formulated to demonstrate existing functional adaptation methods. Novel identities of hyperkinematics are introduced. The domains are meshed with 3-D Voronoi diagrams, discrete forms of the hyperelastic equations are solved using Natural Element Method (NEM). The multiphase media, hyperelasticity, metamorphosis scenarios, and NEM are all implemented and applied on both rational and abstract numerical forms of biomechanical components, including Articular Cartilage.
