Near-Fieldmeasurementappearsasabridginggapbetweencircuitdesign(RFIC-Chip-Package-PCB)andfieldradiation(Antennas)withthefollowingdrivingmotivations: *VerificationofEMC/EMIcomplianceforproductevaluationandqualification(certification-oriented). *DiagnosisofPowerIntegrity(PI),SignalIntegrity(SI)andEMC/EMIproblemsfordesignimprovement(Debug-oriented). *CoupledanalysisofspatialradiatedfielddistributionsandSpectral-domain/Time-domainresponsesforoptimizationofdynamicpowermanagement(Awareness).
