Abstract:
Autoimmune lymphoproliferative syndrome (ALPS) is a human disorder characterized by defective Fas signaling, resulting in chronic benign lymphoproliferation and accumulation of TCR??(+) CD4(-) CD8(-) double-negative T (DNT) cells.
