Abstract:
In Alzheimer's disease (AD), amyloid-? (A?) pathology and intrinsic functional connectivity (iFC) interact. Across stages of AD, we expected individual spatial correspondence of A? and iFC to reveal both A? accumulation and its detrimental effects on iFC.
