Heart Rate Turbulence in Dilated Cardiomyopathy. INTRODUCTION: The aim of this study was to investigate the prognostic significance of heart rate turbulence (HRT) characterized by HRT onset and slope after ventricular premature beats in patients with idiopathic dilated cardiomyopathy (IDC).
