BACKGROUND: The potential of extensively or partially hydrolyzed formulas to reduce the risks for allergies is controversial. OBJECTIVE: We sought to assess the preventive effect of differently hydrolyzed formulas compared with cow's milk formula (CMF) in high-risk infants.
