Abstract:
INTRODUCTION: Transfersomes (TF) are new, ultradeformable carriers with characteristics that enable them to penetrate the skin spontaneously. TFs are able to transport noninvasively both low- and high-molecular-weight molecules into the body. MATERIALS AND METHODS: TFs contain phosphatidylcholine and sodium cholate.
