Dynamic and gated PET: quantitative imaging of the heart revisited.
Abstract:
This short overview focuses on the basic implementation as well as applications of cardiac PET studies acquired in dynamic and ECG triggered modes. Both acquisition modes are well suited for quantitative analysis and the advantages of such an approach are discussed.
