Abstract:
Chronic graft rejection mediated by cellular immune responses still poses a serious clinical problem in transplant surgery. Chemokines coordinate the recruitment of leukocytes in inflammatory and immune responses. Their precise functions in the rejection of allografts are still ill defined.
