- In unserer Studie untersuchten wir Patienten mit einer Indikation zur oralen Antikoagulation, die nach koronarer Stentimplantation eine duale Thrombozytenaggregationshemmung (DAT) benötigten. Unsere Patienten erhielten also eine Triple Therapie, bestehend aus einer oralen Antikoagulation, ASS und einem ADP-Rezeptor P2Y12-Antagonisten (Clopidogrel oder Prasugrel). - In the present work, we examined patients with an indication for oral anticoagulation, who needed coronary intervention including the implantation of drug eluting stents and therefore a dual antiplatelet therapy (DAT). These patients received a so-called triple therapy, consisting of an oral anticoagulant, aspirin and an ADP receptor P2Y12 antagonist (clopidogrel or prasugrel).
