Abstract:
Die akute Pankreatitis (AP) verläuft zu 15% schwer. Die frühe Prognose ist wegen der limitierten Therapieoptionen wichtig. Daher untersuchten wir bei 105 Patienten Genese mit AP (30% biliär, 35% alkoholisch), Prognose, Outcome und DRG-Entgelt. 12% waren intensivpflichtig. Die Letalität lag bei 5,7%, das DRG Entgelt bei 4154 ± 5681€. Ranson-, APACHE-II- und BISAP-Score sagten Organversagen, Intensivaufenthalt und Tod signifikant vorher. Acute pancreatitis ( AP ) presents a severe (sometimes fatal) course in up to 15 % . Since there are limited therapeutic options, early prognosis is crucial. We studied in 105 patients with AP etiology ( 30 % biliary , 35 % alcoholic) the prognosis, outcome and DRG remuneration . 12 % required intensive care, mortality was 5.7 %.
