- Abstract:
- Im Rahmen einer Pilotstudie untersucht diese Arbeit Effektivität und Machbarkeit manualisierter Körperpsychotherapie in der gruppentherapeutischen Behandlung somatoformer Störungen. Die Daten von insgesamt 24 Patienten wurden anhand standardisierter Fragebögen zu verschiedenen Messzeitpunkten erhoben. Positive Effekte durch die Therapie konnten insbesondere im Hinblick auf die psychische Lebensqualität sowie die Reduktion psychopathologischer Merkmale beobachtet werden.

- Within the limits of a pilot study this paper analyses the effectivity and feasibility of manualised bodypsychotherapy in the group-based treatment of somatoform disorders. In total, the data of 24 patients was surveyed with the help of standardised questionnaires at different points in time. Positive effects were observed, particularly with regard to the mental qualitiy of life and the reduction of psychopathologic symptoms.
