Abstract:
Different revascularization strategies for patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) exist. It remains unclear whether ventricular unloading using cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) or extracorporeal life support (ECLS) has an impact on early postischaemic ventricular function.
