Abstract:
Clinicopathological studies on patients succumbing to subarachnoid haemorrhage (SAH) demonstrated hypothalamic lesions. The implication of the hypothalamic neuropeptides arginine-vasopressin (AVP) and oxytocin (OXT) has not been linked to aneurysmal SAH yet.
