Die Forschungsarbeit beschäftigt sich mit der Entwicklung eines allgemeingültigen Konzepts zur Gestaltung kontextsensitiver Arbeitsassistenzsysteme zur Informationsbereitstellung. Eine exemplarische Umsetzung und Anwendung des Konzeptes erfolgt am Beispiel der manuellen Kommissionierung. Mit einer Labor- und einer Felduntersuchung wird ein Assistenzsystem zur Kontrolle von Entnahmevorgängen evaluiert. Das Arbeitsassistenzsystem wird dabei im Hinblick auf das Potenzial zur Optimierung logistischer Kennzahlen sowie das subjektive Empfinden der Testpersonen bewertet.     «

The research deals with the development of a general concept for designing context-sensitive work assistance systems to provide information. An exemplary realization of the concept is implemented in the manual order picking. This specific assistance system for the control of picking processes was evaluated in a laboratory test and in a field study. The work assistance system was analyzed for two main reasons. The first focus was to evaluate the potential to optimize logistics performance figures. The second was to evaluate the subjective perception of the test persons.     «
