Abstract:
A 52-year-old man sustained a laceration to his left eyebrow after a fall in his bathroom. His plastic glasses shattered upon impact. The patient was referred to a local emergency department. After a quick exploration by the physician on call, the wound was closed by a nurse using the Steri-Strip Wound Closure system. No further exploration or imaging was performed.
