- Kurzfassung:
- Stoffwechselwege und -flüsse der pathogenen Bakterien Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium und Staphylococcus aureus wurden durch Einbauexperimente mit 13C-markierten Vorstufen in Flüssigkultur sowie intrazellulär in Makrophagen und Caco-2 Zellen identifiziert. Anhand der Markierungsmuster von Metaboliten konnten neue mögliche Angriffspunkte für antibakterielle Strategien identifiziert werden.

- Metabolic pathways and fluxes of the pathogenic bacteria Listeria monocytogenes, Salmonella typhimurium and Staphylococcus aureus were identified through incorporation experiments with 13C-labeled precursors in both liquid culture and intracellular in macrophages and Caco-2 cells. New targets for antibacterial treatment could be identified based on the labeling pattern of metabolites here presented.
