Abstract:
A functional scaffold fabricated is developed from natural polymers, favoring regeneration of the ischemic myocardium. Hemoglobin/gelatin/fibrinogen (Hb/gel/fib) nanofibers are fabricated by electrospinning and are characterized for morphology, scaffold composition, functional groups and hydrophilicity.
