Die Arbeit stellt eine retrospektive, nicht randomisierte Studie dar, die die Ergebnisse der arthroskopisch assistierten Versorgung von Rotatorenmanschettendefekten zeigt. Im Rahmen dieser Arbeit wurden die prä- und postoperativen UCLA- und ASES-Scorewerte sowie das prä- und postoperative Schmerzniveau auf einer visuellen Analogskala von 60 Patienten ermittelt und in Hinblick auf OP-Technik, Seitendominanz und Anzahl der betroffenen Sehnen ausgewertet. Insgesamt zeigte sich ein hochsignifikanter Anstieg der UCLA-Score- und der ASES-Scorewerte von prä- nach postoperativ, das subjektive Schmerzniveau auf der VAS sank hochsignifikant von prä- nach postoperativ ab. Des Weiteren wurden die radiologischen Bildgebungsuntersuchungen dieser Patienten ausgewertet und beurteilt, ob die Retraktion nach Patte, die fettige Degeneration nach Goutallier, der Acromion-Typ nach Bigliani und das Tangentenzeichen mit den Scorewerten korrelierten. Hierbei zeigte sich keine Korrelation der Scorewerte mit den radiologischen Bildern.     «

This is a retrospective, non-randomized study that shows the results of rotator cuff repair in mini-open repair technique. This study investigated the pre- and postoperative UCLA- and ASES-score as well as the pain development on a visual analog scale of 60 patients with regards to the surgical technique, handedness and number of ruptured tendons. In total there is a highly significant increase of the UCLA- and the ASES-score from pre- to postoperative, the pain decreased on a VAS highly significant from pre- to postoperative. Beside the radiological imagings of these patients were interpreted if retraction after Patte, fatty degeneration after Goutallier, type of the acromion after Bigliani and tangent sign correlated with the scores. There was no correlation of the scores to the radiological imagings.      «
