Infiltration of immune cells into adipose tissue plays a central role in the pathophysiology of obesity-associated low-grade inflammation. The aim of this study was to analyze the role of adipocyte NF-?B signaling in the regulation of the chemokine/adipokine interferon-?-induced protein 10 kDa (IP-10) and adipocyte-mediated T cell migration.
