In der vorliegenden Arbeit wurde das Abwehrverhalten von Patienten mit somatoformer Störung SFS anhand des Fragebogens zu Konfliktbewältigungsstrategien FKBS unter­sucht. Hierzu wurden Patienten zur Abklärung allergologischer Beschwerden und Patienten zur spezifischen Immunotherapie bei Insektengiftallergie mit dem SKID-Interview nach DSM-IV auf das Vorhandensein einer somatoformen Störung untersucht. Depressive Patienten dienten als psychisch erkrankte Vergleichsgruppe. Es zeigten sich anhand des FKBS zwar statistisch signifikante Unterschiede innerhalb der Kontrollgruppen mit einer Verschiebung zu maladaptiven Konfliktbewältigungsstrategien für SFS. Im Vergleich mit der Normalbevölkerung fehlte jedoch die klinische Signifikanz. Die depressiven Patienten nutzten die Strategie „Wendung gegen das Selbst“ signifikant häufiger als die Normalbevölkerung. Somatisierung, Depressivität und generalisierte Angst beeinträchtigten das Antwortverhalten im FKBS nicht. Mögliche Einflussfaktoren auf das „normale“ Antwortverhalten von Patienten mit SFS wurden diskutiert.     «

In the following, a study is presented dealing with conflict coping strategies in patients with somatoform disorder SFS, measured via the questionary of conflict coping strategies FKBS. Primarily, SKID interview according to DSM IV was used to diagnose any somatoform disorder in patients with complaints in allergic context and in patients with insect venom allergy presenting for specific immunotherapy. Data of depressive patients provided the basis for a control group of psychic distressed patients. According to FKBS, there were some statistically significant differences between the subgroups in FKBS, for patients suffering from SFS tending to apply maladaptive conflict coping strategies more often. However, compared to normal population there was a lack of significance. “Turning against self” as conflict coping strategy was applied significantly more often by depressive patients than by normal population. Somatization, depression and generalized anxiety did not influence the responsiveness in FKBS. Moreover, possible impacts of “normal” responsiveness of patients with SFS were discussed.     «
