Abstract:
Anomalous origin of the right coronary artery from the pulmonary artery (ARCAPA) is a very rare congenital abnormality. Echocardiographic findings are specific but may be easily misinterpreted. We therefore present the case of a 5-year old boy with emphasis on the echocardiographic findings.
