Abstract:
Pittsburgh Compound B ([¹¹C] PiB) is a specific positron emission tomography (PET) marker of cerebral amyloid deposits. Only few data have been published on in vivo longitudinal changes of amyloid load in Alzheimer's disease (AD) patients, with conflicting results.
