Abstract:
Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is the fourth leading cause of cancer-related death in western countries and among the malignancies with the worst prognosis. Osteonectin and osteopontin, two proteins of the extracellular matrix, have been found to be upregulated in PDAC.
