Die Produktionsplanungsaktivitäten, insbesondere die Auswahl effizienter Produktionsverfahren, ist zumeist immer noch sequentiell und nicht ausreichend im Produktentstehungsprozess integriert. Zur Eliminierung dieses Defizits wird eine Methodik für die entwicklungs- und planungsbegleitende Generierung und reifende Bewertung von Produktionsverfahrensketten vorgeschlagen. Dazu werden die folgenden Partialmodelle vorgestellt: das Modell zur Abbildung von Wissen über Produktionsverfahren, das Modell zur Abbildung von Interdependenzen zwischen Produktionsverfahren sowie die Modelle zur reifenden Bewertung der Kosten, der qualitativen Aspekte und der Einmalaufwände. Diese Partialmodelle werden anschließend miteinander kombiniert und in einer Beschreibung einer ganzheitlichen Vorgehensweise für die Anwendung qualifiziert. Des Weiteren wird die Wirtschaftlichkeit der Methodik in zwei Anwendungsfallbeispielen nachgewiesen.      «

The process planning activities and especially the selection of efficient production technologies are still sequential and insufficiently integrated within the process of product development. This work proposes a methodology to eliminate this deficiency by means of an integrated configuration and evaluation of technology chains. Basically, the methodology consists of the following partial models: a model for the representation of the knowledge regarding production technologies, a model for the representation of the interdependencies between production technologies and models for the maturing evaluation of the costs, of the qualitative aspects and of the non-recurring costs. These partial models are combined within a holistic procedure description. Additionally, the economic benefits of the methodology are shown in two use cases.     «
