This work proposes methods for modeling the acoustic behaviour of induction machines as well as optimization approaches for the control of the acoustic behaviour. In this work, approaches for the efficient modelling of harmonic phenomena in the electromagnetics of induction machines are shown and analysed. In addition, the efficient vibration synthesis via the superposition approach is added, which implements the vibration calculation with the aid of force and structure forms. The results of this calculation are then used to optimize the control of the electric drive.
