In this work, the diffusion and ripening properties of size-selected monodisperse Palladium clusters, supported on periodically wettable substrates, have been investigated by Scanning Tunneling Microscopy. The characterization of these properties has been performed by statistical evaluation of highly resolved cluster-height distributions upon successive annealing steps. Furthermore, a dynamic characterization using an Atom Tracking implementation that tracks the cluster diffusion with temporal resolution down to 10 ms provided additional insight into the cluster diffusion, pointing to a superdiffusive behaviour.
