Als Ergebnis der wissenschaftlichen Diskussion erfolgt die Entwicklung einer ganzheitlichen Methodik zur situativen Konfiguration einer schlanken Produktionssteuerung zur Stabilisierung von Auftragsfolgen in einer Automobilen Variantenfließfertigung. Dazu ist die Definition von schlanker Produktionssteuerung durch Festlegung von Selektions- und Entscheidungskriterien auf der Basis von Anforderungen notwendig. Die praktische Relevanz wird durch den Nachweis unterstrichen, dass eine Lean-Produktionsplanung und Steuerung extrem leistungsfähig ist, um Auftragsreihenfolgen zu stabilisieren und somit die Basis für eine übergreifende Synchronisation aller Wertschöpfungsprozesse zu schaffen. Um noch effizienter zu sein, sollte die Steuerung idealerweise mit Prinzipien/Methoden einer schlanken Produktion zur Reduzierung von Unsicherheiten und damit von Verschwendung in Form von Beständen kombiniert werden.     «

The doctoral thesis at hand develops a holistic methodology for situational configuration of a lean production control system for stabilization of order effects in a multivariate automotive assembly production line. For this, the definition of lean production control by setting selection/decision criteria based on specific automotive requirements is necessary. The practical relevance is underlined by evidence that a lean production planning and control are extremely efficient to stabilize order sequences and thus to form the basis for an overall synchronization of all value added processes. To be even more efficient, production control should ideally be combined with principles/practices of lean manufacturing to reduce uncertainties and thus waste in the form of stocks.     «
