Abstract:
Diese Arbeit befasst sich mit dem Einfluss der Beobachtungsdauer auf die Adenomdetektion im proximalen Kolon. Dazu wurde bei 500 Koloskopien mit magnetischer 3D-Endoskopdarstellung die Beobachtungsdauer im proximalen und distalen Kolon gemessen. Die Regressionsanalyse zeigte einen positiven Zusammenhang der Beobachtungsdauer mit der Adenomdetektion im proximalen Kolon. Der Einfluss der Beobachtungsdauer auf die Adenomdetektion war im proximalen Kolon stärker als im distalen Kolon.

This work deals with the influence of observation time on adenoma detection in the proximal colon. Observation time was therefore measured in 500 colonoscopies separately for the proximal and the distal colon by the use of magnetic endoscope imaging. Logistic regression analysis showed a positive association of observation time and adenoma detection for the proximal colon. The influence of observation time on adenoma detection was stronger in the proximal colon compared to the distal colon.
