- Der systemische Lupus erythematodes (SLE) stellt eine klinisch sehr variabel verlaufende Autoimmunerkrankung dar. Eine mögliche Hepatopathie bei SLE wurde in dieser Arbeit untersucht. An einem Patientenkollektiv von n=172 Patienten wurden laborchemische Leberschädigung, Krankheitsaktivität und Parameter der Grunderkrankung sowie deren Assoziation mit einer Hepatopathie analysiert. Erhöhte Leberwerte kommen sehr häufig vor, vor allem bei erhöhter Krankheitsaktivität und längerer Krankheitsdauer.
- Translated abstract:
- Systemic Lupus erythematodes (SLE) is a clinically variable autoimmune disease. A possible hepatopathy due to the SLE was subject of this dissertation. We analyzed data of n=172 Patients, concerning liver-laboratory tests, disease activity, basic parameters and their association with the hepatopathy. Abnormal liver-laboratory tests proved quite common, especially when disease activity was high and patients had suffered from SLE for a long time.
